Shipping policy
Shipping can be delayed due to natural weather and curreny US events. Please be aware that Glam Hair is not held accountable for these delays.
Our Standard processing time for orders is 2-4 business days. Standard shipping within the US is another 3-10 business days. Processing time does not include holidays and weekends.
You will receive an order confirmation email and then a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Your estimated delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped, not when the order was received.
Glam Hair is NOT responsible for any lost or delayed packages.
