  • All sales are final on all hair extensions. (wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals.)
  • Exchange only on any defected accessory items within 15 days of purchase.

 SHIPPING

  • Shipping can be delayed due to natural weather and COVID-19. Please be aware that Glam Hair is not held accountable for these delays.
  • Our Standard processing time for orders is 2-4 business days. Standard shipping within the US is another 3-10 business days. Processing time does not include holidays and weekends.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email and then a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Your estimated delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped, not when the order was received.
  • Glam Hair is NOT responsible for any lost or delayed packages.
